1. Base on NFPA 101 3.3.143
Hotel. A building or groups of buildings under the
same management in which there are sleeping accommodations
for more than 16 persons and primarily used by transients
for lodging with or without meals.
飯店申請防火標章的範圍定義:一棟建築物或一個區塊,為單一管理權人管理及使用者,客房數16人以上,供臨時住宿者.

2.特別說明:
2.1建築內區塊需具有獨立防火區劃(與臨層或臨戶之面積、垂直、分戶等)
2.2整棟間之防火管理訓練互有訓練者,
2.3具獨立之安全監控(尤以臨層或臨戶界面)
2.4具獨立操作及管理之消防控制室
2.5統一使用之建築設備,安全檢查及維護均落實者
